Spooz, Inc. is in the process of changing its name to JP 3E Holdings, Inc.
JP3E targets 3E industries: energy, eatables and education/real estate. JP3E has two wholly-owned subsidiaries; JP Energy Global, Pre Ltd. and JP Energy Group, LLC. JP Energy Group LLC purpose is buying and selling food such as sugar, chicken paws, multiple agricultural products and other related commodities while acting as principal and owner of the commodities and not merely as a broker. JP3E's business model utilizes vertical chains of supply through which its beneficial commodity transactions are consummated, having in hand significant contracts for the source and off take for each commodity transaction. JP Energy Global focuses on LNG from full cargo trading of LNG to the vertical value chains of LNG obtained from shale gas, the raw material necessary to produce LNG. JP Energy Global is sourcing and supplying competitive LNG to China and Europe in cooperation with its partners based in the Middle East involving countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Southeast Asia and Europe. Biography of JP3E / SPZI CEO John K. Park
General Partner of JP Energy Partners LLC(www.jpenergygroup.com) / Partner of EPICESG (www.epicesg.com) / Financing partner of Development company Recon Services LLC / Founder and Owner of Honors Review Princeton LLC, and KBG Global LLC/ Partner of PiEco LLC.
John earned an MA in Economics at Sungkyunkwan University and began his professional career at the Hyundai Group's Research Institution as an Economic Analyst. Upon completion of his MBA at Rutgers University, he worked on Wall Street, executing hedging positions for his clients in the US futures and securities markets.
In 2003, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by founding a California-based technology company, Ximeta, Inc. During this time there, he raised over $15 million in venture capital and effectively managed and utilized his company's portfolio of patents. In 2008, he went on to cofound IOCELL Networks, Corp and made the company profitable by 2010.
His entrepreneurial spirit and his passion to help others ultimately led John into the world of Education. Currently, he manages an elite consulting and education preparation business, Honors Review (www.princetonhonors.com), which has helped numerous students reach their academic goals and gain acceptance to America's most prestigious institutions. His global experience and local US roots have made him an effective adviser for international families, students, and children who aspire to study in the US. John has been developing a program called "Deep Roots" to assist foreign families who are moving to America. The goal of the program is to provide support for a variety of challenging areas such as education, home buying, legal and accounting support, social and geographical familiarization.
With his expertise of serving international families, John has begun a real estate fund and has developed many student-housing and multi-family complexes in many developing markets in New Jersey as developer of Recon Services LLC (www.reconbuilds.com) since 2014. His dynamic experiences and tireless spirit provide him a wealth of insight and knowledge that enables him to help any client that seeks his services. John has completed three student housing development projects for last 7 years and two more development projects of the valuation of $70 million dollars are in process by completing $36 million dollars as c-loan. August, 2023, John park is offering $100,000,000 REIT for building up 450 student apartment at Rutgers and completing the capitalization for building up 54 beds with valuation of $6.8m upon completion in Kokomo Indiana, USA of Samsung SOi's vendor's residence. He completed the offering of EB5 project of which capex is $355m with $125m EB5 funding program at ATC, SC,USA.
From 2018, John found KBG Global LLC (www.eatkbg.com) which provides Korea style fast food franchise. He brought 6 KBG Korean fast food franchise to New Jersey and 1 KBG Europe(www.kbg-europe.de ) to Bonn, Germany. John joins PiEco LLC as partner (www.pi.eco) which provides the clean energy solutions that turns plastics to energy. He is leading the Energy project to Korea and Vietnam and Middle East.
Extending his relationship in Energy industry, John, partnering with Kyle, established JP Energy Partners LLC (www.jpenergyroup.com) on June, 2019, has funded $1.2m as capital equity and entered into the LNG an commodity trading business as short term, and into infrastructure business of power plant in Korea and Germany and Chile.
John and Grace have 8 children, 6 of whom they adopted and brought to America. They are very involved in their church and its mission and their educational preparatory school has served hundreds of Chinese, Indian, Korean, and other international students. John and Grace have found the orchestra called "5 loves and 2 fish orchestra" (www.5l2forchestra.org) and has run more than 12 years to motivate young people to live with the spirit of giving.
